Yes, it is true I called to say how good the crew was.  Way back in October Frank Nati said that many people had been with the company for quite a while, and I can see why. They are treated well, and they all seem to do good work and relate very well to customers. Scott kept me well informed, and he and the guys answered questions, even if they were trivial.    They were conscientious about keeping the area tidy (even with all the mud).   I would definitely recommend Frank’s to friends and neighbors who needed this type of work. You repaired and sealed eight basement wall cracks, replaced existing crack and sump pump with triple safe super sump. Everyone was excellent. I hired you because of your reputation and the way you conducted business from the first call. One week after the installation our town had over 5" of rain in about a four hour period and we had no water in the basement. Three weeks later over 3" of rain overnight and still no water - GREAT JOB!
