Dear Mr. Dimaria: I am writing to provide you with feedback regarding a project your company did for me over the past month. My experience was excellent and,as your advertising promotes, you have exceeded my expectations. My initial contact was with Mike Ciocca. He was very professional and explained what was needed and how things would be done in a clear,concise matter and followed up promptly with a written estimate. The project was two parts:installation of 8 piers and rebuild a side garage wall. Pier installation began on 8/28/17 and was completed  9/5/17. Your foreman,Scot, clearly explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as the work progressed and patiently answered any questions. He and his crew were very professional and friendly and made me very comfortable. The wall rebuild began 9/18/17 and  was completed 9/27/17. once again, I was impressed with your foreman,Josh, and how he explained things and kept me informed. Both crews were very hard workers who were friendly and considerate,kept the job site clean and allowed me to show my 2 year old  grandson the Bobcats,dump trucks,and various activities going on. The final component was the repair of my lawn and restoring dirt around my foundation. Here, once again I met another real professional,Louie.He and his crew restored things as if they were working on their own property. They were very friendly and explained what was being done and provided an excellent finishing touch to things. Others I interacted with also were a pleasure to deal with. Chris,in scheduling, kept me advised as work was being planned and explained any delays. Sherri,in Accounting, was very accommodating in processing my payments and professionally handled my requests and concerns. As you can see,I was very impressed with every employee of your company whom I had contact with. You have done an excellent job hiring high quality individuals who represent your company very well. Today Craig came over and fixed a large crack in our basement wall. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to us. He showed what the previous owners did to fix the crack before and what materials he was going to use to fix it. I have used Franks before in the past however this project was an almost 200-year-old barn foundation reconstruction. It is not something they have done in the past but did not stop the dedicated team at Franks. It was outside the realm what they usually do, so the Production Manager Tom and site manager Dan came out and did an initial assessment. They took their time and were very through after multiple visits and very thorough assessment of the project including bringing an architect in to insure their plans were sufficient and my barn would be stable enough and properly supported. They sent the crews out. The foreman Randy's and Jason's crews did amazing work. They went above and beyond the original plans while keeping the project on budget. They added character and craftsmanship and were able to keep the original corner stone that was set in place almost 200 years ago. Randy and his crew were quick on their feet and overcame obstacles that would normally have caused delays and overages in a budget (example they ran out of water but were able bail it out of the creek to keep the job going). They got the job done and finish it in under the estimated time frame. I had other company's bid for this job and while some may have been comparable with Franks price, I highly doubt I would have received the professionalism, courtesy and care Franks gave me. I always recommended Franks prior but now having first had experience with multiple people in the company I can honestly say everyone has a great attitude and level of professionalism. From the laborers throwing bricks on Randy's crew to Tom and Dan in production right down to Sherry in billing. I could not have asked for a better experience.
