In order to protect her investment, prevent water damage, and prevent mold growth that could lead to health problems she thought it best install a vapor barrier between the earth and the home. Being familiar with Woodford Brothers she called our office to schedule a free estimate. Upon inspection, our Design Specialist provided her with a same day proposal that included adding a sump to the crawlspace, encapsulating the crawlspace using our Cleanspace system and also some additional floor support for a section of the home where the floors had begun to slope. Using our SmartJack system, we were able to stabilize the floor permanently. Now Mary knows her health and her home's value is protected from water damage and bad air quality caused by mold.
