Scott's home in Bloomfield, NY is over 100 years old. One corner of the home seemed to be settling and Scott could see that it had been getting worse over a 5 year period. The stones that made up part of foundation wall were loosening and were starting to fall. It was also discovered that the rim joist in that area was rotted and starting crush.
