When it was time to finish this basement the homeowner researched what were the best products to use in a basment environment, they chose the Total Basement Finishing System above all else. Here we installed an Egress window, a full bathroom and some storage with a new laundry room.

We used the Everlast Finished walls, a new linen ceiling and the ThermalDry Elite flooring, we also used the ThermalDry floor tiles in the bathroom. To finish it off we replaced the basement stair treads with a new stained oak tread.

We replaced a homeowner’s failing basement entryway with a solid and reliable entryway instead. This entryway is completely constructed using steel and features a weather resistant design. It can handle snow loads and does not have weak bolts that will rust or leak. The old entryway was rusting away, but this new steel entryway and stairs will last for years to come!

When Rich & Rosa needed more space they saw an advertisement for Basement to Beautiful and decided to make a call to find out more. After their first visit from The Home Transformer of NY, they like many families put it on the back burner, until they received an email from The Home Transformer of NY and it reignited the thought. They decided to move forward with the project, and after some consultations on some ideas, the project was started.

Once Oscar was involved, the project took off and as you can see from the after picture Rich & Rosa are truly happy.
