We were able to transform this crawl space located in Narrowsburg, NY using our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Lurking under this home was a not so healthy-looking environment. On top of that, the concrete blocks making up the foundation showed signs of moving. Water intrusion and poor air quality could result from this if not taken care of in a timely manner. Our crew got to work installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system. This system is made to withstand water intrusion, prevents moisture, and seals air leaks. We encapsulated and restored stability to a homeowner’s crawl space in Glen Spey, NY. We sealed it off from the earth to prevent moisture from getting inside using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and drainage matting. The drainage matting gets installed underneath to enhance the longevity and durability of the encapsulation liner. We used our SmartJack System to support the floor joists above and prevent any more sagging from occurring. Once they were installed, they got adjusted to help raise the floor above to a level position. Now this crawl space is dry and stable! 

This homeowner had concerns about the water & moisture in their basement, so they contacted The Basement Transformer to see how we could help. One section of the basement made of concrete walls and flooring was an unsightly mess and in need of serious repairs. Concrete is porous, which means water can easily find its way through and into a basement. Both are vapor barriers that are designed to prevent water from entering your home. The CleanSpace Wall System is 100% waterproof and contains anti-microbial protection, which ensures that mold will not form or grow. It is pliable and perfect for covering uneven walls or surfaces, such as the ones pictured below. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is a durable 20 mil reinforced polymer liner which in addition to preventing moisture, keeps outside air and pests away from your basement. Once our team was done, this section of the basement was totally transformed and protected from water.
