A basement in Middletown, NY had walls that were leaking and letting water into the basement as a result. To put an end to this problem, we installed our interior drainage system known as the WaterGuard System. It is designed to collect any water that seeps through your basement walls using its built-in wall flange that extends up the wall at 3/8”. This system gets installed just below the floor slab and on top of the foundation footing to keep it from getting clogged with dirt or debris. Our team also restored the concrete slab once the WaterGuard System was completely installed. Once the job was done, this homeowner was left with a permanent solution for their leaky basement walls.

A homeowner in Wawarsing, NY needed their old sump pump replaced with a state-of-the-art system that they could rely on and never have to fret over.

Each of the three pumps included are designed to discharge thousands of gallons of water from your home. If the first two horsepower pumps fail due to a power outage for example, the UltraSump battery backup pump will kick it into high gear and take over. On a fully charged battery it can pump out up to 11,500 gallons of water or more. This amazing product will ensure that water is pumped out of your basement no matter what the conditions are. 

After installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, this homeowner knew their basement would stay flood free and that they no longer had to worry about their old pump wreaking havoc. 

This homeowner's garage was letting water into their basement. Our team knew the perfect solution. We installed our TrenchDrain grated drainage pipe system right along the edge of their garage doors. The TrenchDrain looks just like a basement drainage pipe except it has a grated opening on the top. Any water that passes through the garage door and over this grate is then collected and redirected to the sump pump system. The lid is also removable, so if any dirt or leaves were to get inside and clog the system, it could easily be taken care of. The grate is also flush with or inserted just below the floor, so there is no possibility of a tripping hazard. 

This is truly the best solution when water is coming in through an entryway such as a garage door. After this was installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about any water leaking into their basement or coming in through the garage. 

A homeowner located in Warwick, NY was having water issues inside of their basement. A little bit of water would end up in front portion of the basement, but most of the water was coming in through the back portion of the basement. They contacted our team to see how we could help solve this problem. Upon conducting an inspection of the basement, our specialist determined that our DryTrak System paired with our BrightWall Panels needed to be installed.

The DryTrak System is specifically designed for monolithic foundations where the foundation and footing are poured as a single piece, such as the one found in this home. This system is installed over the top of the floor, using an epoxy, so that the need for jackhammering through a thick concrete slab is eliminated. The slight opening at the top of DryTrak allows the water leaking through the walls to be collected and drained into your sump pump system.

The BrightWall Panels were added behind the DryTrak System to prevent water from pouring over the top, and to help direct water seeping through the walls into the system. BrightWall is completely waterproof and creates a vapor barrier on your walls which blocks out water vapor and humidity.

Once these products were installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about water intrusion. 

Located in Sterling Forest, NY - this homeowner wanted their crawl space to be protected from flooding no matter what the weather could bring throughout all four seasons. We installed one of our sump pump systems for them and added the IceGuard Discharge Line System for additional security. The purpose of the IceGuard is simple – to help your sump pump continue to run smoothly in the event the main line freezes in the winter or becomes clogged. Our crew installed this outside of the home so that water is ejected away from the foundation and does not make its way into the crawl space. Digging out the land to install this discharge line was no easy task, since there was a lot of growth in the way, but our crew got it done. The IceGuard fits over the discharge line and creates a secondary escape route for the water, allowing it to leave through the slotted openings in the event the main line does freeze. Once successfully installed, the homeowner knew their crawl space would be safe from possible flooding during the winter. Their sump pump system would keep working thanks to the IceGuard even during the harsh New York winters.
