After 1 day, so far, very satisfied with the work performed. The installation crew was very professional, skilled, and courteous. Did not have much contact with the office staff. Thought salesman identified an issue that was better addressed by other company and didn't try to oversell. Heard about Regional through a website, Angie's list. Overall, the top reason I chose Regional Waterproofing over another company was because of quick response to assess problems and provide an estimate, able to perform the work reasonably soon thereafter. You are way overpriced! The installers were clearly skilled, but I don't see the materials and labor cost adding up to more than $1000.00. Even with reasonable overhead and profit maybe $2,000. I feel that $4,830.75 was at least twice what this job should have cost me. 

As far as I can tell, I am extremely satisfied with the job that your company did for us.  The installation crew were late, but other than that they were great.  My experience with the office staff was great, but I only spoke with them twice.  The salesman, John was very good, honest, and to the point.  Your company did an excellent job with the cleanup.  I heard about your company on Dave Ramsey.  I have gotten three other quotes from different companies, but the main reason why I hired your company is because I thought you had the better plan for the cost.

Very satisfied with the work Regional did. I think highly of the installation crew because they were able to explain what they were doing and closely monitored progress. The salesman did a good job explaining the procedure. Satisified with the cleanup. Regional was recommended to me by a structural engineer. The reason I chose regional over another company was the recommendation of the engineer and the similar cost to other firms.

We are satisfied with job performed.  The installation crew work well and had no issues at all.  The office staff worked just fine.  The clean up was good, they had no problems.  We heard about you through Dave Ramsey and on TV infomercial.  We hired you because the cost is a bit expensive but hopefully it worth the cost.

i heard about Regional Foundation Repair from the News Paper and the internet. They were the only company advertising to do this type of work. I was very satisfied wiht the jb that they did for me. Bernard was the foreman of he installation crew and he and the guys were very good and did a great job with the cleanup too. The office staff and Salesman, Ted were all very good.

I found Regional Waterproofing on the computer and it was the first company that called me and they were a bit more professional than the others. I  felt that the installation crew was friendly and good workers. I was a bit dissatisfied becasue there is an area in the front that did not get elevated. My salesman was adequate but I did not get enough information about Green Sky. Also y 1st and most importnat request was the front room but I was told that the area near the front door would cost more.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the job. The installation team was professional and accommodating. I was also very satisfied with the office staff. I chose regional because of the inclusion of a sump pump, and the better wall bracing design.

Overall, the top reasons why I hired you instead of another company was because I knew that it will be a warranty with a respectable company. The crew Brandon Bland has have done an excellent job.
