I am satisfied with the job that Regional Waterproofing did for us.  The installation crew was excellent.  My experience with the office staff was very good.  The salesman and his presentation was very good.  The cleanup was satisfactory.  The main reason why i hired Regional instead of another company is because you're the only company I saw on the Internet for foundation repairs.

I have not seen the work, but the installation crew did a good job and there was no problem with the office staff. I thought the salesman did a fine job with his presentation. The cleanup was satisfactory. Overall the main reason why I hired your company was because the price was satisfactory.

 I was very satisfied with the job that Regional Foundation Repair completed for my home, especially considering the extra depth of the Push Piers and the RAIN. The installion crew however was AWESOME!. They were just great , hard working for sure! I do have a few comments to mention  that the crew did seem rushed with the last few holes. Those last few holes were hastily covered and not leveled or smoothed out well. Also Jack hammers require high amp circuits and especilaly adaquate extension cords. Otherwise the salesman was excellent, both highly skilled and knowledgeable. Th ecleanup was good. Overall, my top reasons for hiring Regional Foundation Repair was their knowledge of actual foundation failure and the price of repair.     I had passed the office in Zebulon many times and heard Dave Ramsey speak about Regional Waterproofing,now I can refer someone when needed.

One of the two reasons that we hired Regional was becasue John Mitchell was friendly and complete when explaining the process. John was helpful in finding cost effective heating and plumbing providers.
