I am entirely satisfied at this time of the job that you did for me.  The installation crew were professional, courteous, very efficient, and clearly really skilled.  They did a great job!  My experience with the office staff was limited but they were very polite and courteous.  Doug, the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional.  He took the time to explain and answer questions, understanding of our needs, and helpful in adapting to our needs.  The cleanup was also satisfactory; a job well done.  The main reason why i hired your company instead of another company is because of the proven approach, track record in the business, and professionalism from the first contact on the phone.

I am satisfied with the job Regional did. The installation crew was very professional. My experience with the office staff was great, Excellent Follow-up!! The cleanup afterward was good. I knew about Regional because I was referred by a former customer. I had not heard about regional prior. I did not agreed to be a reference for them. I chose Regional Waterproofing, because the referral I received was very strong.

I just wanted to write a small thank you note. David Hogg is a great salesman. He never made me or my wife feel like we did not fully grasp what was going on with our crawlspace. He gave us options instead forcing things that we do need to remove the water. We have had two big rainstorms since the install of our Hydro Drain and I can already tell that it works. Thanks Again

Charles Ousley the crew leader was a good guy.Our salesman Charles and his presentation was very competent. The promotional materials he used made sense. I heard about regional at the Southern Ideal Home Show at the state fairgrounds. The installation crew were great. They were hardworking,easy to get along with, and honest. I was satisfied with the job they did a fine job.

Mike's presentation was clear and thorough. Offered a new solution. The clean up was very good, just wish there was a way to remove the dust. Overall this has been a great experience.
