I am very satisfied witht the job you did for me. The installation crew was very respectful and professional. My experience with the office staff was good, they were professional. The salesman had a professional persona. His presentation was thorough, professional, good. Overall the main reason why I hired you instead of another company was because of the brochure, bio of salesperson, professional memberships, guarantee, product presentations, etc. We have had several attemps to get problem resolved. An answer to our prayer! 

I was very satisfied with installation crew. They were very professional and got the job done. The salesman's presentation was great and he did a great inspection. Cleanup was very good. I chose Regional because the salesperson explained his recommendations well and had pictures of his inspection. That's what sold me.

Everyone was very helpful, we'll know in a year or so if our problems are resolved. The installation crew was quite professional, felt they were working under time pressure (second day, came at 4:30pm, left at 8PM) My experience with the office staff was good. The salesman and his presentation were good - appreciated that it wasn't a "hand sell." The cleanup would've been good if they used a shop vac, and also could have smoothed concrete more, we cleaned ourselves! Overall, the main reasons why I hired you instead of another company was because of the helpful literature and seemed like it could work! We had expected the job to take 3 days. They came Monday and rushed to finish that day. Returned for a few hours the second day. Could have been more diligent with 2-3 full days. Also, concerned that only tape was used to hold parts together on water drain - coming off already. 

If water problem is resolved then I will be satisfied. Even though a couple of things went wrong that should have been avoided. Drilling was done in the wrong place that caused brick fence wall to be somewhat compromised and eliminated the ice guard from being able to be installed. Plus your gargo trailer struck a driveway retaining wall as it was leaving and popped off a small corner of one brick. The crew worked hard and was courteous. The office staff was good and so was the salesman and his presentation. Over all the main reasons why I hired you instead of another company was because of the number of years in business, a couple of reviews and Dave Ramsey Endorsement. I felt like a small monitary reduction should have been offered for the above reasons already stated. 

I am satisfied with the job Regional did. The installation crew was good. My experience with the office staff was excellent. The cleanup afterwards was satisfactory. I knew about Regional because we had used them before. I’d seen and heard of them other places. I agreed to be a reference for them. I chose Regional Waterproofing because I have been doing business with them for 30 years. It is BAD TASTE that after 30 years we have no credit with Regional.

Good Job done from Regional Waterproofing. I thought the installation crew was good. My experiance with the office staff was also good. The salesman and his presentation were ok. Cleanup was poor. I heard about Regional Waterproofing through web search. I also saw a TV ad. Overall the top reason I chose Regional Waterproofing over another company was because of correct materials and know how. Moron did not sweep the concrete pad. Concrete and wall ties under plastic. Had to cut and repair.
