Jason contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture in the crawl space at his home in Goldsboro, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon the inspection Justin proposed that having an encapsulation system installed to control the moisture issue.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with the Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they removed the debris and insulation. Last they sealed the vents, installed CleanSpace 20 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and a Custom Built Door.

Jason was pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Our crawl space encapsulation process includes installing Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the perimeter drainage system and prevent water from accumulating underneath the CleanSpace liner. 

Larry called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to inquire about our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair fixed his crawl space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. During the install of the Clean Space Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a Turtl to clean up the experience of the crawl space. Larry is overjoyed with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.

Peggy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in have someone come look at the crawl space as they  had an old plastic liner that was to damaged to help the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Peggy about the best solution for the home. Peggy decided that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was the best value and fit to help her with her home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repairs crew led my Larry Eldridge encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace encapsulation System using drainage matting, 10 mil liner, Silver Glo Insulation, a SaniDry CX, along with a sump pump to help keep the space dry and free of moisture. Peggy is now happy to have a nice dry crawl space.
