Mark contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after glancing into the crawl space of his home and noticing that the was dark and damp with a musky smell. We where able to transform Mark's Crawl Space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace System transformed this damp and musky crawl space into a great clean area that Mark plans to use as additional storage for their summer outdoor gear.

Samantha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels after being told by her pest control company that she had a moisture issue. Southeast's inspector Justin Edwards met with Samantha to go over the crawl space of the home. Justin found that the crawl space had high humidity due to open vents and water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity by sealing off the crawl space from with elements like water and air and adding a dehumidifier to get out any moisture. Samantha is happy that she chose Southeast Foundation for her crawl space needs.

SilverGlo insulation was used to insulate this crawl space from outside elements. SilverGlo offers thermal insulation due to its foam composition and is also resistant to moisture and mold. This ensures it keeps is R-value and saves energy! 

Stephanie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because her home flooded during Hurricane Florence in Willard, NC.

Jeremie a SEFR design specialist, inspected the crawlspace. Upon the inspection, Jeremie met with Stephanie to go over what he proposed. Which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace to help keep her home dry and safe.

Our crew led by Jose H., installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System which will help during storms and keep the crawlspace dry.

After moisture damaged the crawl space and joists, we restored it with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal out moisture, a Sanidry Dehumidifier for humidity control, SmartJack Support Posts for structural stability, and a new subfloor. These systems repaired the damage and ensured long-term protection.
