David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair about sagging insulation and moisture issues in his crawlspace at his home in Greenville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy, to come out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Andy met with David to go over the solution which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated.

Our crew led by Rayford, installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System to get rid of the sagging insulation and moisture.

Douglas contacted us about having someone come take a look at his home because he had standing water in his crawl space. Douglas had started to notice the effects of the standing water because his insulation was falling and he noticed mold growth on the wood under the home. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Douglas to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crew led by Jason Hines installed our full encapsulation system which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glo, Smart Sump, and SaniDry CX dehumidifer. Doris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she had noticed a really bad smell in the kitchen area of the home and she was worried about mold being present in the crawl space of her home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to lower the humidity in the crawl space to get rid of the musty smell on the first floor of her home.

Charles contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was interested in having a vapor barrier system installed in his crawl space in Dover, NC. The tall crawl space did not have a previous vapor barrier installed allowing moisture and high humidity to roam free though out the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the outside world and the earth's ground, add SilverGlo Insulation Panels to the foundation walls and installed a dehumidifier to lower the humidity and the sump pump to get rid of any water out of the crawl space.
