Fixing a Wet Crawl Space in New Bern, NC
Les called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about his crawl space because his home sits at the lowest point of his property and every time it rained the water would pool around the foundation and eventally found its way into the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's home inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Les to go over the best possible solution for this particular problem. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's crew did a full encapsulation of Les home which included our EZ Flow to help keep the water from coming into the crawl space, our 10 mil liner, a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer, and a Sump Pump.
