Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old crawl space door with a PVC custom made door in Sneads Ferry, NC. The customer had the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed along with removing and replacing the old crawl space door to protect the crawl space from the elements and rodents from entering under the home. 

 Isaac contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about a musty smell in their crawl space.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go inspect the crawl space.  After the inspection, Andy met with Isaac to go over what he proposed as the best solution, would be to put down a liner and insulate.

Our crew led by Jose H., went in and installed the CleanSpace 10 mil Liner, Silverglow Insulation, Wrap Piers, and put in the Custom Built Door.

Isaac was pleased with the work that SEFR did to help Protect their American Dream.

Linda contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after been concerned about the high moisture levels in her crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Linda to go over the options that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair offers. Mrs. Linda decided to go with our thickest liner of 20 mil. SEFR crew led by Ricky Warren installed Linda's CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Linda is very happy!

This customer had a old dehumidifier when Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System we exchanged this old beat up dehumidifier for our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier.

We replaced this customer rotted crawl space door with our CleanSpace EverLast door. Unlike traditional wood doors that can rot or warp, allowing unwanted elements to sneak it's way in, the EverLast provides the ultimate protection to ensure those elements stay outside and can never come inside.
