Melinda is a existing customer of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. We previously went out to her home and encapsulated her crawlspace to prevent moisture issues in her home in Ellerbe, NC.

Then she started having some issues with her floors squeaking, not stable and weak in some spots and she gave us a call here at SEFR and we scheduled her an appointment for Todd, one of our design specialist to go out and do an inspection of her foundation. Upon Todd inspecting her foundation he found that her floors were weak, squeaky and not stable, and after speaking with Melinda he proposed Smart Jacks and a steel beam to help with her home repair needs.

Melinda was very pleased with the work SEFR done to Protect her American Dream.

Cracks appeared on this home's exterior wall as a result of foundation settlement. Our foundation helical piers permanently stabilized the structure, giving the customer peace of mind.

Nathan was experiencing problem with ourside bricks cracking and wanted to know the best solution to fix his home. Our crew installed our Push Pier System using high stength round steel tube and a transfer bracket to life and stabilize the foundation of the home.
