Penny contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of water entering the basement of the home, she wanted the rotted wood replaced and the basement waterproofed so that they would not have any more water in the basement of the home. Southeast Foundation's inspector Ben Daniels met with Penny and found that the basement was flooding where the wall and floor met. This customer's crawl space was destroyed by termites. To make sure the house was structurally sound, we sistered and replaced the damaged joists.
