Mr and Mrs. F called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting help with their basement due to water coming in though the walls. They wanted to use the space as extra storage. Our inspector recommended 3 Smart Jacks XL and 2 super sumps. Now they have a usable Basement for all their extra storage needs.

Michael  contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair concerned about the condition of his crawl space. 

SEFR scheduled our designed specialist, Glenn, to go out and inspect the home.  After the inspection, Glenn met with Michael to propose a Crawlspace Cleanspace Encapsulation System. Along with the Encapsulation, he also suggested a custom Crawl Space door that we build specifically for each home, and an access well made to hold back soil and water entry. 

Our crew, led by EJ, was able to Encapsulate the crawl space and install both the crawl Space door and access well. Michael was very happy with the finished work and that we were able to Protect his American Dream.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed in the customer's crawl space to ensure it stays dry by effectively managing water infiltration. It works by collecting excess water through a drainage system and pumping it away from the crawl space, preventing moisture buildup and potential damage. This system includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for backup during power outages, and a battery-operated pump for added reliability, ensuring continuous protection.
