The homeowner had a leaky and rusted metal crawl space door that we replaced with an EverLast crawl space door. EverLast doors are attractive, maintenance-free, and never crack or warp.

We fixed Patricia's sagging floors by placing 6 Smart Jacks onto two 10ft supplemental beams, then tightened them to gradually raise the floor up to a level position. We then removed all debris from the crawlspace and covered the floor and walls with the heavy-duty CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that's offered with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. We sealed ten vents from the outside air and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control the humidly and prevent mold, rot, and odor. Now, Patricia has safe, permanently stabilized floors and a clean crawlspace which will eliminate her worry of anyone getting hurt and also protect her home from further damage caused by moisture.
