Karen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the insulation in the crawl space had started to sag and fall and there was places where her sub floor was soft and she wanted to know the best solution to fix the crawl space of her home. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal off the crawl space from outside moisture that causes problems like sagging and falling insulation along with soft sub floors. Rebekah had her crawl space encapsulated with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. While having the crawl space encapsulated Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a custom crawl space door to make a good looking entrance to the crawl space of the home.

Mr. Gay called Southeast to inquire about having his stand up crawl space encapsulated so that he would be able to use the space as extra storage. Our home inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Gay to go over the crawl space and found that Mr. Gay would benefit from our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Frank contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to arising mold issues within the basement of the home at his home in West End, NC. During the summer months, the HVAC unit would experience condensation causing water to pool around it leading to mold issues. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek met with Frank to go over the issue and the find the best solution. Since Frank's basement was a dirt basement the best solution would be to seal it with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Our crew led by Jason Hines installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space and adding a dehumidifier we are able to prevent issues like mold that is caused by water issues.
