Harold contacted Southeast after doing research online about the best solution to fix the mold and moisture in the crawl space of his home. The mold smell to Harold and his wife was over powering and causing health issues that they wanted fixed. Graham Moore met with Harold to go over the best solution to get rid of the mold and to combat the moisture issue that had pledged the home. The Southeast crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which dried our the saturated wood and sprayed our Mold-X mold remover to get rid of the mold under the home. Doug contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues and mold in the crawl space of his home in Sanford, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek met with Doug to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his issues.

Before the crawl space had an old disintegrated vapor barrier in the crawl space. Cheryl contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair shortly after she brought her home. She wanted to make sure that the foundation was sound as she had experienced a little bounce in the floor of one of her rooms. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Justin Edwards met with Cheryl to go over the foundation and crawl space to see if she had any damage. Justin found that the home had a high moisture content that had started to soak into the wood in the crawl space.
