Maryanna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with high moisture in the crawl space of her Raleigh, NC home. The home showed signs of moisture and high humidity such as falling insulation and obvious signs of a damp ground. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Inspector Larry met with Maryanna to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her issues. Maryanna's problems stemmed from high humidity content in the crawl space that caused high moisture and sweating ducts in the crawl space of the home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to block moisture from entering the crawl space of the home and by lowering the humidity in the crawl space with the help of the Sedona Dehumidifier System. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space, we are able to lower the humidity and moisture. Our crew replaced the old vapor barrier system with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsluation System along with replacing the old non- working sump pump system with the Smart Sump Sump Pump System.

SEFR scheduled one of our design specialist,  Mr. Todd to go out and do an inspection of the Crawl Space. Upon Todd's inspection  he found that she had a moisture issue and that is what was causing the musty smell in her home. After speaking with Shanley showing her the condition of her crawl space, Todd proposed a partial encapsulation to help with her home repair needs.
