Jim contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about water in the crawlspace of his home in Rockingham, NC

Larry, a design specialist for SEFR, inspected the home.  After the inspection, Larry proposed to Jim that having his crawlspace encapsulated would help with the water issue and keep it dry and clean. Jim didn't hesitate on moving forward with the project.

SEFR crew led by Jose H., sealed the vents and installed 10 Mil CleanSpace Liner, Wrap Piers, EZ Flow Liner, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Jim couldn't believe the way his crawlspace looked and was very happy with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

This damp and humid crawl space was transformed into a clean, dry, and healthy space after encapsulating the space with SilverGlo insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

The high moisture levels and water damage in this crawl space caused many problems for the homeowner. Our crew encapsulated and insulated the space in order to resolve the problem using CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier System.

This customer in Jackson Springs, NC had an entryway into the crawl space of this home that had caused the crawl space overtime to take in water. Lionel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with concerns of mold, wood rot, and moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Jackson Springs, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin P., to go out and inspect the home. Upon his inspection Justin met with Lionel to go over having the crawlspace encapsulated and to replace all the rotted wood. Lionel agreed with everything and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Pedro, first started by debris and insulation removal. Next they replaced the main beam and Sister joist. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. This system will help control the mold and moisture which could of been the cause of the wood rot.
