This troubled crawl space was a musty wet mess. The support beams were begining to weaken, causing the floors above to become bouncy and doors to stick closed. Our crew installed a SmartJack system to permanently stabilize the home's foundation and a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and humidity. This homeowners foundation wall was serevely bowed with a large vertical crack. This not only compromised the structural integrity of the home but also allowed water to seep into the basement. Our team permanently secured and stabilized the wall and waterproofed the basement using our PowerBrace Wall Repair System, sealed it with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, installed WaterGuard drainage and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

In this Danbury home, our team installed helical piers to fix part of the garage that had started to settle. We began by breaking up a small section of the concrete to reach the ground underneath. Then, we drove steel piers deep into stable soil to give the foundation strong support. Once everything was secure, we lifted and leveled the area so it wouldn’t sink again. Now, the garage floor is solid and stable ready to last for years to come.

Large and visible staircase cracks were appearing in-between the cinderblock bricks of this home's foundation. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls using GeoLock wall anchors which not only stop shifting in its tracks, but can also straighten the walls back to their original position.

We stabilized this block basement wall with our CarbonArmor strips that adhere to the wall’s surface. These strips reinforce the wall to handle the exterior pressure that was previously turning the blocks and risking a wall collapse.
