This Greensboro, NC crawl space was experiencing multiple issues that put the home’s stability and air quality at risk. The original crawl space had torn, ineffective plastic lining, failing insulation, and makeshift block supports that were no longer providing reliable structural strength. Symptoms included musty odors, high moisture levels, and sagging floor joists caused by inadequate support and poor moisture control.

To solve these problems, our team installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to permanently stabilize the floor system and prevent further sagging. We also encapsulated the crawl space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment that blocks out ground moisture, reduces humidity, and protects the home from mold, pests, and structural damage.

Water regularly flowed through the foundation walls in this basement. The wall started to bow and crack. We waterproofed the interior and stabilized the block walls with our patented PowerBraces.

A brick foundation wall in this customers full-basement was bowing and cracked. The Geo-Lock Channel Anchor System provides a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls that are demonstrating signs of extreme wall failure. In addition to the Anchor System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened to the wall to prevent moisture from passing through. 

The jacks previously installed under this house were not stabilizing the floor effectively. So, we installed our SmartJack system utilizing a steel beam support that creates much more stabilization for the home over time. We also installed CleanSpace vapor barrier around the jacks and throughout the crawl space to combat the humidity issues.
