This homeowner knew that his very old home was begining to experience some foundational failure when he noticed large cracks appearing along his basement walls. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls with the use of fiber-reinforced polymers called Carbon Armor. This system is minimally invasive, quickly installed, and can be easily concealed or painted.

SmartJacks were installed to provide structural support and stabilize the sinking crawl space, preventing further settlement and ensuring the integrity of the foundation.

Our foundation pier system was installed to permanently lift, level, and stabilize a customers settled foundation. 

This brick home started to form stress cracks inside the crawl space and was sloping away on one side. So, we shored up these foundation issues by installing helical piers under the home.

Massive water seepage put pressure on this block wall and started to bow it. It also would flood. We waterproofed and stabilized the block walls with our drainage system and steel support beams.
