SmartJacks were installed to provide structural support and stabilize the sinking crawl space, preventing further settlement and ensuring the integrity of the foundation.

Our foundation pier system was installed to permanently lift, level, and stabilize a customers settled foundation. 

This brick home started to form stress cracks inside the crawl space and was sloping away on one side. So, we shored up these foundation issues by installing helical piers under the home.

Massive water seepage put pressure on this block wall and started to bow it. It also would flood. We waterproofed and stabilized the block walls with our drainage system and steel support beams.

This Greensboro property was showing signs of foundation settlement along a long exterior wall evident through visible cracks and uneven ground. Settlement like this often results from unstable soil beneath the foundation, which can compromise the structural integrity of the entire home over time.

To permanently stabilize the foundation, we installed heavy-duty push piers deep into load-bearing soil. These steel supports transfer the home’s weight off the unstable surface soil and onto solid strata below. Once installed, the piers not only stop further settlement but can even lift and level the structure in some cases.

Now, the homeowner has a secure, stable foundation and the peace of mind that their home is protected from future shifting or damage. The clean finish along the wall is just the visual confirmation of a job done right beneath the surface.
