A brick foundation wall in this customers full-basement was bowing and cracked. The Geo-Lock Channel Anchor System provides a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls that are demonstrating signs of extreme wall failure. In addition to the Anchor System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened to the wall to prevent moisture from passing through. 

The jacks previously installed under this house were not stabilizing the floor effectively. So, we installed our SmartJack system utilizing a steel beam support that creates much more stabilization for the home over time. We also installed CleanSpace vapor barrier around the jacks and throughout the crawl space to combat the humidity issues.

This apartment complex owner contacted our office after noticing cracks on the brick foundation. After assessing the foundation, it was determined the building was facing a settlement issue. To stop further sink and cracks forming, our team installed our foundation pier system. 

A large staircase crack had appeared on the exterior brick wall of this home - which is a clear sign of foundation failure. Helical piers were installed to permanently stabilize this home's foundation and lift it back to its original position. The results were so good, you would've never known there was a crack to begin with!

This house had started to sink at the foundation forcing the exterior walls to come apart. Without being treated, this could worsen and start to bring the wall down completely. We were able to fix the cracking and restore the home by supporting the house with piers.
