The weight of the house started to be too much for the piers to carry. The floor inside the home was sagging, so we stabilized it by installing our SmartJacks in the crawl space.

The concrete block wall had started to bow due to soil pressure, which is a common issue in many homes. These zinc-plated steel beams are secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to floor joists. It is a non-invasive and immediate way to stabilize foundation walls and even straighten them back to their original position.
