A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.

A new homeowner contacted our office to help level and stabilize their uneven bedroom floor. After assessing the space, it was discovered the crawl space support beams weren't adequately supporting the floor above. Our solution was to install our SmartJack System. SmartJacks are rust resistant, steel posts that are installed to permanently support and stabilize the sagging floor joists. Once installed, the floor was level and stabilized. 

In Franklinton, NC, this crawl space was showing signs of structural fatigue. The original supports weren’t equipped to handle the long-term weight and shifting soil beneath the home. Our team installed the SmartJack system to provide durable, adjustable support that lifts and stabilizes sagging floor joists.

Now, with solid steel supports in place, the crawl space is no longer vulnerable to settling or uneven floors above. This upgrade ensures lasting strength and safety restoring confidence in the home’s foundation from the ground up.

To address this issue, we installed our SmartJack system. The SmartJack system consists of steel support posts that are adjustable and designed to stabilize and level the floors. These posts are installed in the crawl space and provide additional support to the floor joists, preventing further sagging and restoring the structural stability of the building.

This crawl space's floor joists had weakened and shifted overtime, causing the floors above to sink. We permanently stabilized the foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers will stop settlement in its tracks and may even lift the floors above back to their original position.
