These panels provide superior insulation, reducing heat loss and preventing drafts, which helps in creating a more energy-efficient and comfortable living environment above the crawl space. Additionally, SilverGlo panels are designed to resist moisture and mold, making them ideal for crawl spaces where dampness can be an issue.

The Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture in the crawl space because it is specifically designed to maintain optimal humidity levels, prevent mold growth, and improve air quality. Its efficient operation ensures the space remains dry, protecting the structural integrity of the home and reducing the risk of allergens and odors associated with excess moisture.

Intruding water would slowly leak up from the ground and through the floor of this basement. The humidity was high and the risk of ruining the unfinished areas were also high. So, we waterproofed the perimeter and installed a dehumidifying air system to protect the home.
