Among the many issues that water seepage had caused in this basement, the wall bowing and cracking was very noticeable. To avoid a future wall collapse, we installed our PowerBraces along the block walls. Now, this basement is secure and safe from its cracked walls.

We recently had the opportunity to help a homeowner stabilize their basement wall using our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. The concrete block wall had started to bow due to soil pressure, which is a common issue in many homes. Our team installed the PowerBrace system, which uses steel I-beams to counteract the pressure and prevent further movement. This solution not only stabilizes the wall but also has the potential to straighten it over time. 

This basement was damaged from water that was getting inside via cracks in the bowing foundation walls. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls with the PowerBrace wall system. These zinc-plated steel beams are secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to floor joists. It is a non-invasive and immediate way to stabilize foundation walls and even straighten them back to their original position. 

The floor of this home started to sag and sink. The support beams in the crawl space had to be supported. We replaced the existing, failing supports with our SmartJAcks and steel beam solution to keep the floor stabilized permanently.
