From years of pressure, exerted from the dirt behind the block wall, the mortar lines started to crack, and the wall bowed. This problem is very commonplace for older block walls in wet areas, and it is also very solvable. We installed CarbonArmor strips along the wall which creates a tough elastic support that is more than strong enough to counter the pressure coming from behind the wall and keeps the wall supported in the future.

This troubled home was experiencing sagging floors and moisture problems due to an untreated crawlspace. Our expert team installed a SmartJack support system with steel supplemental beams to permanently stabilize this home's foundation.
