This wet basement needed to be waterproofed to stop the water intrusion from ruining the home. We installed our interior waterproofing system to collect and remove the unwanted water.

Water seepage started to rot and ruin this crawl space. We cleaned out the failing plastic and sealed the crawl space with our durable vapor barrier to keep the moisture out of the home.

This Yadkinville, NC basement underwent a complete transformation from musty and moisture-damaged to clean, dry, and fully protected. In the "before" image, you can see signs of water intrusion, mold risk, and exposed block walls all common issues when drainage and vapor control are missing.

To resolve these concerns, our team installed a drainage system around the full perimeter of the basement. This system is designed to collect and redirect water away from the foundation, ensuring long-term waterproofing and protecting the space from future leaks. Once the drainage was in place, we encapsulated the walls with a durable vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and brightening the space.

The result is a dry, healthier environment with enhanced air quality and structural protection. We also ensured the well pump system was secured and fully functional post-installation. Now, the homeowner can enjoy peace of mind knowing their basement is protected from the ground up.

With obvious signs of water seepage on the walls of this basement there was no hiding that it needed waterproofing. We installed our patented internal waterproofing system that will collect the water before it gets into the home and pump it out away from the foundation.

This system also utilized a CleanSpace vapor barrier that will help lower the humidity inside the basement.
