Water seepage broke through the block walls of this basement and caused mold growth, flooding, and high humidity. We waterproofed the perimeter and protected the air from water vapor. This got rid of the water and the negative effects of water seepage.

Leaking water came in through this block wall and was ruining the area. We installed our patented sump pump system to capture and expel the water intrusion safely.

Intruding water would slowly leak up from the ground and through the floor of this basement. The humidity was high and the risk of ruining the unfinished areas were also high. So, we waterproofed the perimeter and installed a dehumidifying air system to protect the home.

This basement had a sump pump system installed that ultimately failed. Not all sump pumps are made equally. So, when failures started to immerge, the homeowners looked for a high-quality sump pump. Our TripleSafe and WaterGuard drainage was installed in place of the old system and is designed to handle the worst of water intrusion. 

We installed our interior French drain system to catch and send water into our patented sump pump, which eliminated the water issues that the basement was having.
