This troubled crawl space was wet and musty, causing the floor joists to weaken and the floors above to sag. We permanently stabilized the sinking floors by installing SmartJacks. The pressure on the back wall of this basement started pushing the block inward. To keep the wall from collapsing, we stabilized it with our steel beams PowerBraces. These brackets can be adjusted and keep the wall from continuing to bow.

This Charlotte home was showing classic signs of foundation settlement cracks in the exterior brick, sloping floors, and visible gaps forming near the base of the structure. In the before photo, you can see the severity of the issue: soil displacement, exposed foundation, and the need to stabilize the home before further structural damage occurred.

Our team installed a foundation pier system to permanently lift and support the settling portion of the home. The piers were driven deep below the surface into load-bearing soil, providing long-term stability and peace of mind.

In the after photo, you see a fully restored yard leveled, cleaned, and topped with straw to promote healthy regrowth. The home's foundation is now secure and invisible from the outside, but the difference is night and day.
