Due to the amount of moisture inside of this crawl space, the floors above were sagging down. Our hard working crew waterproofed the area by installing a full CleanSpace encapsulation. Then, they permanently stabilized and lifted the sagging floors with SmartJacks. Another crawl space saved and another satisfied customer!

This crawl space was troubled with mold, moisture, and sagging floors. These are scary issues, but nothing that Carolina Basement Systems can't handle! Our team permanently stabilized the floors with SmartJacks and then encapsulated the crawl space with SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace liner. This crawl space is both stable and dry now!

In this Jonesville, NC basement, the block wall had begun to bow and shift due to soil pressure from the outside. Before our team could begin work, the space was cleared to safely access the wall.

We installed GeoLock Wall Anchors, a permanent foundation repair system designed to stabilize and straighten failing walls. These galvanized steel anchors connect the basement wall to stable soil outside the home, stopping further movement and allowing gradual improvement over time.

The pressure on the back wall of this basement started pushing the block inward. To keep the wall from collapsing, we stabilized it with our steel beams PowerBraces. These brackets can be adjusted and keep the wall from continuing to bow.
