We installed an egress window for this home in Cleves, OH, so that the homeowners can add a bedroom to their basement. In order to count a bedroom in a basement on a home listing, an egress window must be installed for safety purposes. Our RockWell egress well is super durable, beautiful, and allows natural light into the basement. 

This block wall foundation was leaking every time it rained for these homeowners in their basement. They called us to fix that. We installed a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, and of course the BrightWall panels. The BrightWall panels not only look nice and cover the dirty walls, but they also help drain water to the WaterGuard beneath the floor. 

This homeowner wanted an egress window because they had a room in the basement that they wanted to count as a bedroom on a home appraisal. We installed a RockWell egress, which look natural, is sturdy, and provides a great amount of natural sunlight.

We recently completed a waterproofing project in an older home out in Covington, Kentucky. Before our project, the basement would practically flood anytime it rained. The owners grew tired of having to vacuum the water out each time it rained, so they decided to take care of it once and for all. It was a very prototypical waterproof job for us that required our WaterGuard subfloor drains, a Super Sump Plus sump pump, an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This new system replaced their outdated existing exterior waterproofing system. After installation, the owners had no problem with rain and they can now focus on other better things to do with their time instead of constantly cleaning water out of their basement. 

This crack repair project in this Cincinnati, OH, basement helped seal up a leaky spot behind the homeowner's drywall. We did have to cut out the drywall on the initial inspection to locate the spot of the crack, right above where the baseboard was wet. Our crack repair system involves chipping away at the crack, digging a hole in the floor of the basement, filling the crack with the first layer of epoxy, lining the epoxy with a foam strip (and wiring the foam strip into the hole in the floor), covering the foam strip with another layer of flexible epoxy, sealing the system with a white wall panel, and then sealing the hole with a gravel backfill and a concrete layer at the top to reseal the floor back together.
