Wet Basement Solutions in Loveland, Ohio

This basement in Loveland, OH, leaked almost every time it rained. They had a clogged footer drain, and rather than have someone excavate around their entire foundation to install a new exterior system, (which would likely clog again) they decided to have us install our full interior perimeter solution. This homeowner wanted to move their teenager down into the basement, so they also wanted us to install a new egress window to allow for emergency exits, natural sunlight, and fresh air. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains around the entire perimeter, our TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace walls everywhere, and of course, a brand new egress window. The result of this project was a happy father and daughter, who get to look forward to working together on building her new room.

Wet Basement Repair in Maineville, Ohio

This poured foundation basement in Maineville, OH, was leaking & had bowed in walls. We waterproofed the leaky basement by installing Our WaterGuard subfloor drains around the perimeter and connecting them to a sump pump we installed. We then covered the leaky walls with our BrightWall panels which will help channel wall leaks down into the subfloor drainage system. Our BrightWall panels also are made of an inorganic material so that they won't grow mold or get damaged from moisture. We then repaired the bowing walls by installing our steel PowerBraces, which are coated in zinc to prevent rusting. They also have a special design that allows them to dissipate the weight of the wall evenly across the floor joists and the concrete floor, preventing damage to either. They can also straighten walls back out in certain situations. The result of the job is a clean, dry, structurally sound basement.

Basement Waterproofing Installation in New Richmond, Ohio

This house that we set out to waterproof was built in 1937 and had a block wall foundation. The relatively new owners of the home loved everything about the house, except for the fact that it leaked water every time it rained. In the before picture, you can actually see the damp spot on the floor closest to the wall. To waterproof it, we installed WaterGuard drains all around the interior perimeter of the basement, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and BrightWall paneling to give the walls a nice clean look. The homeowners won't have to worry about musty smells everytime it rains anymore.

Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Lebanon, Ohio

We waterproofed this Lebanon, Ohio basement with a reliable perimeter drainage system that collects water and channels it to a high-performance sump pump. The pump system includes battery backup protection to keep the basement dry even during power outages. To improve air quality and prevent musty odors, we installed an energy-efficient dehumidifier designed for large spaces. Foamax wall panels were added to help insulate the basement, reduce energy costs, and manage moisture year-round. Now, the space is dry, protected, and more comfortable for the homeowners.

Basement Waterproofing Company in Tipp City, Ohio

In the "before" photo, you can see how this homeowner in Tipp City, Ohio, had resorted to stacking storage bins and belongings off the ground in a damp, unfinished corner of the basement. Water seepage had made the space unreliable for storage and unusable for anything more.

We solved the issue by installing our WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system, which now captures any incoming water before it can reach the basement floor. We also added a TripleSafe® sump pump, offering triple protection and a battery backup in case of power outages. To brighten the space and protect the walls, we finished it off with CleanSpace® wall panels, which direct wall moisture down into the WaterGuard system while giving the basement a clean, dry look.

Now that this corner is permanently protected from water, the homeowner is finally free to finish the space and build proper shelving — turning what was once just a damp storage area into a usable, functional part of the home.
