We transformed this basement into a dry, usable space by installing our Foamax wall paneling insulation, which provides both moisture protection and thermal efficiency. To handle water intrusion at its source, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system and a WaterGuard interior drainage system, ensuring any groundwater is collected and redirected before it ever reaches the living space. To keep humidity in check, we added a powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Now, this basement is clean, dry, warm, and protected—ready to be used year-round without the worry of water or mold.

This basement in Williamsburg, OH, was dealing with water intrusion and a bowing foundation wall. This poured foundation wall in the basement was leaking water due to built up hydrostatic pressure from the outside. We Begun to fix this problem by applying a flexible sealant along the leaking crack. Then, we placed a strip of flexible, porous foam over the sealant. Finally, we attached an impermeable membrane to the wall. This setup ensures that any future water seepage through the crack is directed discreetly into the drainage system below. The result was a happy customer who could finally finish their basement wall once again. 

This homeowner's garage was very moldy and leaked often. With plans of remodeling ir, they knew they had to waterproof their garage once and for all.
