This home had an old sump pump that needed replacing. We replaced it with a SuperSump Plus sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery backup. 

This home had a damp and musty basement that was affecting the health of the owner and the rest of the house. Like we always say, the best time to waterproof is sooner rather than later. We also added a couple of SmartJack posts to help strengthen the floor joists, which will get rid of the sloped floors above. 

The effects of external hydrostatic pressure had taken a toll on this basement in Piqua, OH. All four of the block walls in this basement all looked like the attached before photo. Wet puddles, bowing wall cracks, stains, and musty smells were all effects from massive amounts of built up water in the soil around the foundation.
