We wrapped this entire basement in Cedarville, OH, with WaterGuard drains to provide the homeowners with a proper lifelong basement drainage system. We also installed our premiere TripleSafe sump pump to provide ultimate protection against leaks. The WaterGuard drains will collect water from the weeping holes in the cove joints, and will direct the water towards the sump pump through the power of gravity. The TripleSafe will then discharge the water far away from the foundation. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps including a battery backed one. This basement is now safe from leaks. 

This homeowner in Leesburg, Ohio needed an upgrade for their old, unreliable sump pump that couldn’t keep up during heavy rains. The existing system had only one pump, so if it failed or lost power, water could easily back up into the basement. We replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which offers three layers of protection for total peace of mind. This crawl space was in need of a vapor barrier, combined with a new waterproofing system. We installed CleanSpace matting and drainage, as well as a Ultra Sump 4. SilverGlo insulation was installed as well, which well help this customer save money on energy bills. 

We waterproofed this storm-cellar basement in Greenfield, OH, to make for a comfier living situation for the homeowner. The only way to access this basement was through the stairwell, which often flooded. The walls and coves also leaked frequently, so the homeowner could tell by the smell in their bedroom if it was raining outside, (not good). We waterproofed the basement by installing 48 linear feet of our WaterGuard subfloor drains, wrapping the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and fitting a new SmartSump sump pump. The homeowner noticed a difference in the smell of their home from their bedroom right away after we completed the job. 

This homeowner called us because the last contractor they hired did not do a good enough job to properly protect their basement from water. They claimed, "There is only one small sump pump and they should have put a larger one in or at least another one."
