Crawl Space Repair Contractor in Okeana, Ohio
This home in Okeana, Ohio, had a typical gravel-floor crawl space with concrete walls and fiberglass insulation — both showing signs of moisture staining and humidity buildup. The environment was musty, inefficient, and at risk for mold and long-term structural damage.
We transformed the space by removing all of the old fiberglass insulation and installing our full CleanSpace® vapor barrier system, which seals the crawl space floor and walls to block out ground moisture. On the walls, we added SilverGlo® insulation panels — a rigid foam board that not only reflects heat back into the home but also resists moisture. We also applied spray foam insulation in the rim joists to seal air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
Not visible in the photo set are two critical components of this system: a SmartSump® crawl space sump pump to manage any incoming water, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity and maintain a dry, healthy environment year-round.
Crawl Space Encapsulation in Greenville, Ohio
This crawl space was emitting musty smells up to the first floor of this home. In order to stop the musty smells, we were going to have to do a full encapsulation. We encapsulate our crawl spaces with CleanSpace lining, which goes all over the floors, around the concrete piers, and partly up the walls. We then installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls which are amazing at retaining heat, helping people save money on energy bills. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is able to remove up to 100 pints of water out the air in a day.

Crawl Space Repair Company in Hamilton, Ohio
This crawl space in Hamilton, OH was in pretty rough shape when the homeowners gave us a call to inspect it for free. We told them it would be wise to block out moisture and to control the humidity levels in the crawl space by encapsulating it to prevent further damage to the wood framing. We encapsulated the tiny crawl space by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier and an energy efficient dehumidifier. We also told them it would be wise to strengthen the wooden framing of the crawl space by adding some sister joists to certain parts of the crawl space. As for the fiberglass insulation hanging from the ceiling, we told them it would be best to rip the fiberglass out completely and replace it with our foam insulation panels. The SilverGlo foam insulation panels go along the walls of the crawl space and are moisture proof, eliminating the need for new fiberglass insulation in the ceiling. After repairing their crawl space, this family doesn't have to worry about mold, rot, or high energy bills any longer!
