Concrete Repair Contractor in Tipp City, Ohio

The left side of this driveway in Tipp City, OH, was starting to sink off into the hillside. As the left side of the driveway continued to sink, the crack splitting the driveway grew larger in depth. We fixed the problem by injecting the left side of the driveway with our PolyLevel foam, which was able to raise the left side, making the driveway even again. We then sealed the crack to keep debris out and for cosmetic purposes. The result was a happy homeowner!

Concrete Porch Repair in Troy, Ohio

In order to get this front porch back to how it was originally, we had to use our PolyLevel foam. We inject our Polylevel foam under the front porch to raise and level all the different parts of the concrete slabs to make them even again. In order to inject the foam, we only have to drill tiny pea-sized holes in the concrete slabs, which are very inconspicuous. After we level everything out, we then sealed all the gaps and cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The result is a front porch that won't settle again for a long time. Side note: The homeowner took out the flower beds near the front porch so we could have some room to maneuver, that's why you don't see them in the after photo.

Uneven Concrete Repaired with Polylevel Injections in Cincinnati, OH.

Polylevel Injection was used to level out these concrete sidewalk slabs. Polylevel Foam was injected through small holes that were drilled into the slabs. As the foam expanded, it filled the void underneath the slab and raised it to be level with the rest of the sidewalk.

Sunken Concrete Stoop Repair in Dayton, Ohio

In the before photo, you can see a space between the trim of the stoop and the concrete slab. You can also see where the concrete sidewalk sunk and pulled away from the step.  We used Polylevel Injection to raise the plate. The space between the trim and concrete is now gone, and the sidewalk is level to the step.

Cracked Concrete Repair in Dayton, Ohio

This homeowner called us because they had noticed some large cracks in their garage. They also noticed the cracks were "active" and were spreading in their depth. We went out to first jack the concrete slab with our PolyLevel foam. After everything was level, we then sealed the cracks with NexusPro sealant. It's important to seal large cracks like this because if water gets into the cracks, it can ruin the concrete further. The result was a satisfied customer, who could now stop worrying about their garage floor from cracking.
