Pool Area Concrete Sealing in Loveland, Ohio

The soil underneath this poolside concrete in Loveland, OH, was washing out. This was causing the concrete to slope too far down and away from the pool, leaving slight gaps in the mortar joints. After we leveled out all the slabs using PolyLevel foam, we then sealed the joints using our NexusPro joint sealant. This sealant will make sure water, chlorine, dirt, and other types of debris wont infiltrate underneath the slabs. The sealant is also UV-resistant, which is perfect for areas that receive a lot of sun. There's no doubt that this poolside concrete will last a much longer time.

The soil underneath this driveway had settled, causing the concrete slabs to sink unevenly. There were lots of cracks and gaps in the driveway, creating tripping hazards and making for annoying commutes. We leveled the slabs by jacking them with our expansive foam called PolyLevel. PolyLevel is stronger, lighter, and less messy than alternative mudjacking methods. We then sealed all the seams with our NexusPro sealant, which is UV resistant and super condensed. The result is a clean, smooth driveway that will now last longer.

This sunken stoop in Milford, OH, needed to be raised for several reasons. First, the high step posed a potential tripping hazard. Additionally, the uneven stoop and sidewalk created an unsightly appearance. Raising the sidewalk also meant less dirt accumulation, reducing the need for frequent sweeping. Using our PolyLevel foam, we lifted and leveled both the stoop and the connecting sidewalk, then sealed the joints and gaps for a seamless finish.

This stoop had settled about nine inches into the ground at its lowest part. We raised and leveled the stoop and connecting sidewalk to make for a seamless stroll. You can see how far we raised the stoop by looking at the highlighted area in the before picture, and comparing that gap to the same area in the after photo. Thanks to our quick curing PolyLevel foam, the homeowners were able to use their sidewalk again almost immediately after we left. Not too shabby for a job completed in less than an hour or two.
