This home had a crawlspace and a basement. This basement/crawlspace was made of poured concrete walls which were leaking water. This was considered one of our bigger jobs as we installed, Waterguard, CleanSpace, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also sprayed Anabec cleaner and spray foam insulation to clean the mold and keep the basement insulated. 

This crawl space had gravel all along the floor, which is better than dirt, but still not good enough to skip a moisture barrier. We installed CleanSpace liner across the whole crawl space to keep moisture out, saving the wooden beams from rot. The liner also keeps moldy air out and helps insulate a bit. 

A homeowner in Burlington, KY reached out to us about their driveway, where several concrete slabs had settled unevenly, creating cracks and tripping hazards. The sinking slabs not only made the driveway look rough but also caused water to pool in certain areas, which could lead to further damage.

To restore the driveway, our team used PolyLevel®, a high-density foam that lifts and levels concrete slabs with precision. After bringing the driveway back to an even, stable surface, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a long-lasting, flexible sealant designed to keep water out and protect the concrete from future settling.

The result? A smooth, level, and protected driveway — all without the hassle or expense of a full replacement.

We used our expansive foam called PolyLevel to raise some concrete slabs in Greenville, Ohio. The old slabs would often collect mulch and soil, making it a hassle for the homeowner. We raised it to be an inch or two higher than the grade of the mulch.
