We also helped the failing lally columns out by installing our SmartJack post system underneath the main beam in the crawl space. The SmartSump sump pump is hooked up to drainage underneath the dirt floor in the crawl space, and was installed in the lowest graded portion of the crawl space. This sump pump will make sure that the vapor barrier doesn't flood.
