A before and after look at a crawlspace transformation in Adamsville, OH. The homeowners wanted to use this area for storage, and wanted to ensure that the area stayed dry, all the time. The CleanSpace system will provide a barrier against water vapor.

This home had substantial cracking in the foundation that was definitely cause for concern. In this section of the home, we used GeoLock anchors to permanently stabilize the foundation. This was located in the crawl space, so we also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. GeoLock installation involves drilling holes, mounting the anchors, and tightening the system to stabilize the wall, potentially restoring it to its original condition.
