This crawl space was an odd shape, and the homeowner wanted to make sure they could use it for storage without their things getting ruined. So we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier in the space to keep it dry!

Our crew installed our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafeSump Pump System. It provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind.

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

One of our inspectors went out to the home and provided a quote to install a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump. The inspector also mentioned our BrightWall and ThermalDry flooring options. These are waterproof options to beautify your basement walls and floors. ThermalDry is waterproof, insulated, and matted and comes in a variety of colors and textures. BrightWall is a set of plastic white panels for the walls that covers up unsightly foundation walls and brightens the room!
