Our crew here at Cleveland Basement Systems began by treating the area with our mold treatment and then went in with our EverLast Wall Panels. The EverLast Walls will resist any future moisture or mold, preventing the walls from rotting or breaking down. This Elyria homeowner was looking to have a backup battery installed on his existing sump pump. We were able to help him by installing an UltraSump Battery Back up System! This system has a back up battery that will turn on automatically should the need arise! Also included is a TimeMachine Data Logger. This product allows the owner access to records and reports through an app!

A homeowner in Sheffield Lake, Ohio had cracking and very porous concrete in her basement where water was easily entering. She previously had a flood in her basement as well, in which caused mold to form. Our Crew installed a waterproofing system, as well as our PowerBrace support system that will be able to lift the home, saving the foundation. The owner of this home is very excited to be able to enjoy her dry basement and no longer worry about cracking in the foundation now that her home is permanently safe. 

The Sheffield Lake, Ohio basement previously had frequently flooded causing moisture damage in several areas of the space. This basement was having some trouble. The walls were cracked and bowing and water was constantly leaking in. The homeowner got in touch with us to see if these were issues we could help them. They called the right place! We solved the foundation problems with a PowerBrace Wall System. These steel I-beams are secured against the wall and anchored to the floor joists to stabilize the wall. The PowerBrace System can be tightened over time to potentially straighten the wall back to where it was! To protect this basement from water we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall System, and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. 

This basement is now stabilized and waterproofed! The homeowner is so happy with the results!
