We stabilized this foundation wall with a PowerBrace System! PowerBrace is made up of steel beams that are secured against the foundation wall and anchored to the floor joists. This system can be tightened overtime to help straighten the wall back to where it was. 

This home is now stable and structurally secure once more! The homeowner couldn't be happier!

Water in the basement led to foundation issues. The homeowner was feeling overwhelmed so they gave us a call! We solved the water problems by installing a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and TripleSafe Sump Pump to get the water out and protect against future water intrusion.
