This leaky crack was causing a lot of water to enter the basement. The homeowners even had a bucket to try to catch some of it. FlexiSpan is a three-part process that applies a thick, flexible sealant and membrane that seals in the crack. A dry well is made at the bottom of the crack to catch the water from the crack, instead of water leaking on the floor. Now this basement is drier and healthier!

This traditional, unreliable, burnt out sump pump was replaced with the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that not only handles over 6,000 gallons of water per hour, but will also work during a power outage!

TripleSafe is a three pump system that functions in many scenarios and can work under pressure. The first three pumps work to push out thousands of gallons of water, while the third pump kicks on during power outages.
