A homeowner in Woodward, OK noticed excessive moisture buildup in their crawl space, raising concerns about potential mold growth, musty odors, and structural damage. Wanting to protect their home from long-term moisture issues, they contacted Vesta Foundation Solutions for an inspection.

We were able to help this customer by completely sealing their crawl space. This helped control moisture therefore preventing future wood rot or mold issues.

Installation of a cleanspace encapsulation system.  Installed to seal event vents and isolate the earth from the home. 

This homeowner was experiencing wood dry rot, dirt crawl space moisture problems and a sinking driveway.  Vesta Foundation Solutions came to the rescue by installing a patented CleanSpace System to repair and protect the crawl space. We also helped lift their driveway using the PolyLevel System.

This Oklahoma City crawl space was suffering a lot of issues. The soil was exposed to many weather conditions. This is an issue because it creates mold and wood-eating fungi, destroying the underneath of the home. This caused drafts within the home. 

The homeowners reached out to the Vesta Foundation Solutions team to solve their problems. Our inspector determined that the home would need the CleanSpace and SilverGlo products for their crawl space. 

Our Vesta production team went out and installed both products. With the CleanSpace and SilverGlo combination, their crawl space is now protected from weather conditions and the drafts experienced throughout the house are no longer apparent.
