This Tulsa home was having issues with keeping critters, insects, and moisture out of their crawl space. They needed a solution to avert the problems from reoccurring. They gave Vesta Foundation Solutions a phone call and we were quick to get out there and help.

Vesta Design Specialist, Josh Nation, evaluated the issues they were having and came up with a fix for all of their crawl space problems. Vesta would be installing our CleanSpace system, SmaprtPipe, SaniDry Sedona, and SmartSump.

The CleanSpace system was installed. CleanSpace is a 20 millimeter thick liner used as a vapor barrier to prevent water vapor and humidity from passing through. The SmartPipe is used as a draining system. The SaniDry  Dehumidifier is used to keep the relative humidity out. And last is the SmartSump, this keeps any water that is coming in, out. 

This Bixby, OK homeowner was dealing with uneven floors, sticking doors, and interior wall cracks—common signs of foundation settlement and crawl space moisture problems. The Vesta Foundation Solutions team performed a complete crawl space transformation by installing SmartJack® support posts and a supplemental beam to stabilize the foundation. We followed up with a full crawl space encapsulation using our Vesta Encapsulation system, drainage matting, QuickFlo drainage, and a high-performance dehumidifier. Insulation board was also installed to enhance energy efficiency.

These before and after photos show the dramatic difference in the crawl space environment—from exposed, damp, and unstable to clean, dry, and structurally sound. This comprehensive solution helped restore the home's integrity and provided long-term protection against moisture, rot, and structural issues.

Lifted and leveled a patio's sinking concrete in Snyder, Oklahoma.

These images highlight a dramatic concrete repair transformation in Concho, OK (73022), where Vesta Foundation Solutions lifted a severely sunken concrete slab using PolyLevel® and sealed the joints with NexusPro® to prevent future water intrusion. The first photo shows a significant trip hazard and uneven slab section near a residential foundation. After PolyLevel® foam injection was used to restore the slab to its proper level, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to protect the newly stabilized surface from moisture, erosion, and cracking. This long-lasting repair improved safety, appearance, and structural integrity for the homeowner.

This pool deck in Union City, OK 73036 had become a safety hazard due to significant settling and uneven concrete slabs. The homeowner reached out to Vesta Foundation Solutions after noticing large gaps and tripping risks around their backyard pool area. Our team quickly identified the issue and provided a long-term fix using our PolyLevel® concrete lifting system and high-performance joint sealant. The sunken slab was precisely lifted and stabilized, and we sealed the joints to protect against future water intrusion and erosion. Now, the poolside is level, safe, and ready for summer use.
