Crawl Space Humidity Control- Exeter, ON

This crawl space had no perimeter wall insulation nor any humidity control. We encapsulated the dirt floor, isolating the home from the earth. From there, we installed a sump pump and back-up system to capture groundwater from the footing drain. Then, our Sani Dry Air System was placed to take care of conditioning the air.

Finally, our spray foam crew sealed all outside air leaks with closed cell insulation on the walls and up into the headers. Great job team!
