Quite often the question comes up about waterproofing a basement bathroom with a perimeter drainage system. There was a shower stall in the way that needed to be removed but luckily, we could get behind the toilet without having to move it. 

Our masterful installer, Dustin, was able to jack hammer behind the toilet so that the WaterGuard drainage system could be installed. This way we are able to waterproof a basement bathroom. 

Duane had some under floor water showing up in the middle of his Hamilton home. Omni Basement YSstems installed the incredible Supersump sump pump system. The Supersump features the powerful Zoeller, Cast-iron pump, an airtight lid with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. Duane now has a whisper quiet sump system and is very happy with the result. He was able to put his condensate line into the sump and get rid of a line that went across the floor. 

Gelasia has a home and there is a lot of work being done to the basement to get it ready for a new apartment. Omni Basement Systems was hired to install a new sump pump system in the basement. Omni installed the Supersump. The Supersump features a Zoeller cast-iron pump, a waterwatch alarm and an airtight floor drain. 

Walter had some waterproofing done in his Hamilton home. Along with the drainage system, Omni basement Systems installed a SuperSump sump pump system.

Jonathan has a home in Hamilton that needed some waterproofing. Omni Basement Systems installed a patented drainage system called Waterguard. Waterguard takes water from the walls and under the floor and drains it to a the Supersump sump pump system. A wall membrane is added to the walls as a vapor barrier to make sure all the water gets into the Waterguard.
